Your question is unclear, as you apparently attempted unsuccessfully to fit the entire question in the title section. I hope the following wil be of help.

To change the category, delete the ad and re-run it in the proper category. You must wait 48 hours from the original post before re-posting.

It's unlikely you can get a refund. If you haven't yet done so, you can submit this Craigslist form, but don't hold your breath waiting for an answer.
