Anybody can flag any post whether or not you did "anything wrong." Sorry. Although a flag doesn't automatically remove a post, too many flags will have that result (regardless of "anything wrong").

Craigslist says, "Posts may be removed or omitted from index pages and search results by automated systems, CL staff, or community moderation—for non-compliance with terms of use, site guidelines, and/or community norms."

You may be able to solve the issue with the use of a Web proxy, as offered free at http://www.zend2.com/. Fellow Help Owl volunteer smcclurken has additional suggestions here.
