Contact Information Missing

How do I contact someone who didn't include an email or phone number? Why does Craig's list allow someone to place an ad with no contact info? Isn't it a waist of bandwidth and a frustration to the buyer?

Look carefully in and around the ad. If there's no contact information, you can't reply. Why does Craigslist allow this? Probably because increasing the staff to check for such errors is not deemed cost effective.
