Why Flag & Delete Ads That Comply With The Terms Of Use?

i have posted ads with craigslist for years, and now, all of a sudden, many of my ads are being flagged and deleted by their auto-system. why are you dojng this now, when these ads were within your terms of use, and never flagged/deleted before?

Craigslist personnel and practices change with time, as do those of other companies. Sorry for your problems.

Craigslist states:

Posts may be removed or omitted from index pages and search results by automated systems, CL staff, or community moderation -- for non-compliance with terms of use, site guidelines, and/or community norms.

It's not possible from the information you've provided to discern the source of the problem. And it might not be possible under any circumstances; Craigslist's determinations often seem arbitrary.

You may be able to solve the issue with the use of a Web proxy, as offered free at http://www.zend2.com/. Fellow Help Owl volunteer smcclurken has additional suggestions here.
