Grid View Won't Open

My Grid View won't open. I can only get List View. I've used Grid View in the past, but for some reason it's been months since that view worked. What do I need to do, or reset, in order to get the Grid View to show up? (It's also a problem that when I'm putting my curser over the multiple photos on a listing that ai can only open one photo (the main one). Again, I used to be able to, but now I can only get one). Help please. Thanks. Zac

If that doesn't work, the issue may stem from an outdated browser or overloaded cache.
