Posting Won't Respond To Clicking On 'reply'

I'm trying to reply to post but nothing happens when I click reply button. Have tried over several days on different computers with same result - no response. please if there is an alternative path

The only alternative path is to seek contact information in the listing.

The advertiser had to choose Craigslist's "anonymizing" option to enable the reply function. If he or she did not, and there's no other contact information, no one can respond.
