Craigslist's one-on-one support is essentially non-existent. I know it's frustrating, but with the huge volume of posts, nearly all free, it's understandable. Craigslist's staff is tiny.

You can always turn to Craigslist's help page, which is pretty good. Or submit your question to us at Help Owl.
