Can I Use My Existing Post And Copy It To Other Cities?

I have posted our home in Craigslist in Binghamton, NY. I would like to copy it as is in other Craigslist areas. Please let me know if this is possible, and if so how do I do it? Thank you

Both the previous answer and the link to which it refers you are wrong--as may be seen from this selection from Craigslist's faq, at http://www.craigslist.org/about/help/faq#wronggeo:

"Can I post my ad on more than one craigslist site?
Please choose just ONE local craigslist site for which your ad is most relevant-generally the site closest to you. If your ad is equally relevant to all locations, your ad does not belong on craigslist. Please find another service. Posting the same ad to multiple locations on craigslist is prohibited."

You may be able to post to two different locations sequentially. You must delete the first ad before posting the second. Also, you must wait 48 hours from the original posting before posting again.

To disregard these restrictions risks being banned from Craigslist, and Craigslist does enforce them, although often not right away.

There are possible workarounds, such as the use of a Web proxy, as offered free at http://www.zend2.com/. Fellow Help Owl volunteer smcclurken has additional suggestions here.

Actually per Craigslist rules:

How often can I post?

You may post to one category and in one city, no more than once every 48 hours.

If you try to post something similar to an active post of yours on the site, you may get a blocked message. Removing the similar active post should help, unless it is less than 48 hours old.
