right onto cl, I cant seem to do that anymore from my phone, nothing is wrong with my phone.

Sometimes certain phones just have a 'glitch'. In your case, however, if your phone is not doing something that it used to then I would contact customer service and explain the issue. You say nothing is wrong with your phone, but it obviously is if it's not perfoming the way it used to.
