User Name Hacked Password No Good.

How and where do I go to make changes to my account if I'm unable to signin using the old user & password.

You'll have to abandon that account. You can create a new account with a new password and new email address (get one free with Gmail or Yahoo), or use Craigslist without an account (you don't need an account).
