Your question is not clear. Going by your title, however, I'm guessing you'd like to make contact with Craigslist.

Craigslist's one-on-one support is essentially non-existent. I know it's frustrating, but with the huge volume of posts, nearly all free, it's understandable. Craigslist's staff is tiny. You can always turn to Craigslist's help page, which is pretty good. (You can also submit this Craigslist form, but don't hold your breath waiting for an answer.)
