It's a strange question. Why would you want to respond to your own ad?

In any case, you respond the same way you would to any ad -- by using the contact information in the ad, or the anonymized email address next to the ad.

(I really can't imagine that this is really what you wanted to know. If not, I suggest you resubmit, wording your question more carefully.)
