Yes. You should be getting a $5 discount for each additional line, up to three lines. That is $15 dollar discount. I don't believe they offer discounts on more than three extra lines at a time. If you're not seeing a discount you know you should, contact their customer service either by dialing *611 from your Cricket phone, or by dialing 1-800-CRICKET on a landline or other phone.
