Why Can't Cricket Change An Address On An Account?

They keep changing my account. They changed the plan and changed my bill to paperless all without my authorization after I moved. It is a huge problem for them apparently to simply change an address on an account. This is the worst company and they have no customer service whatsoever. I have made about six phone calls all because I moved to a new address. Unbelievable!
