How Do I Get A New Id

How do I get my id to my old account if its a old phone that I havent paid the bill "so its shut off" but I still have 68 days left if I want to keep that number but I dont cause I have a new phone number I just need to deactivate my old account but dont know my id and I don't have the email address that its registered under? Please help me asap
