a payment was sent to cricket accidentally and i want it refunded.contacted representatives by phone got the run around and hung up on.also went into a store with copy of my cashed check as proof payment was receved.was told my check would be in the mail i have yet to receive it this has gone on since april i just want my money s

Greetings - I would suggest you contact their Customer Service centre again as our assistance can be limited here a HelpOwl.com. You would do well to ask to speak to someone more senior that the normal call centre agents.
