Can Not Access My Zte X500 Voicemail.

I had access to my voicemail and voice mail settings. Now I do not and the system keeps asking to enter my password, which I never set up! Where do I go to reset my voice mail options on the phone settings? Thank you for your time and assistance! Gratefully Humph
