App Downloads

I just bought a new zte score today and im trying to download some apps including kik messanger, mp3 music downloader, fun run, facebook. but everytime i try to download google play store or log in to google and try to download anything an error pops up that says "404: that's an error The requested URL /intl%locale%mobile/android/market-tos.html was not found on this server. Thats all we know." thats exactly what it says can some one PLEASE help me.

Try to reset your phone once and then try downloading the apps from play store.
