my phone doesnt ever get reception anywhere. outside nor inside. how can i fix it?? email me if u know what to do. thanks!

Call customer service and request a PRL update. It stands for Prefered Radio List. Its what tells the phone which tower to try and access first. If you are in an area that should have good coverage and you dont, thats whats wrong. The PRL is outdated and needs to be refreshed. This is normally an automatic thing but sometimes the phone fails to receive the update or the carrier fails to send it for whatever reason. Its not that uncommon of a thing.
