Dead Android With Red Shield.

My Cell Phone Got Wet. Put It A Container With Rice Overnight. Turned Phone On But, Shows A Picture With A Dead Android With A Red Yield Emblem. Bottom Says, #manual Mode# Applying Multi-csc... Applied The Csc-code: Unknown Successfully Applied Multi-csc. Tried To Reboot System, But Shows The Same.

That is the screen that puts you into "maintenance" mode, for lack of another term. Power it off, if you can. Or just do a BATTERY PULL and repower up. If it is "stuck" on that screen after the battery pull, there is a menu of options that you can get into from that screen. Just press the SEARCH button (far right bottom button) ... that will bring up a menu of options. You scroll through the options using the volume controls ... and to SELECT an option from that menu, use the Camera button. (One of the options is a factory reset ... which should be the very last option you want to do of course if nothing else works.)
