Listening To Voicemail

I am unable to reach anyone via phone with the Cricket company. I keep getting messages of codes to put in (which I don't have). Yet I can't even talk to a live body to resolve the fact of me not having code they are looking for. The issue is I can't listen to my messages from another phone. It is saying my password is incorrect. My cell has been missing for several days and I really need to check my voicemail. Is there a temp password? I can't even talk to a customer rep to reset it!
