My Muve Music App Will Be Working One Day, But Won't The Next.

I would press to go into the app and it would go into "Application start-up in progress" and kick me right out of it. I don't understand why I have this app, if I can't go into it and listen to it. I've been to the Cricket store 2 to 3 times for this problem.
