Need Numbers Out Of My Phone But Phone Will Not Come On.

i have a google account setup on my Huawei cricket phone and i want to know how i can get and retrieve all my numbers in my contact threw google account. remember, i cant turn my phone on to get my numbers out? please help me, thanks u
