Network Problems?

I would like to know if Cricket has been having problems with their network for the past 7 days. I ask this because I have been having problems with receiving e-mails, messagages (phone and texts). For example, I had 3 e-mails sent to me today between the hours of 11:00 am to3:15 pm, they finally came through after 7:00 pm. This is not normal. I have been having these problems for a week now. The service is getting slower and connection has dropped out numerous times. I clean my phone after searching the internet and I shut down my phone to reset every day. I can only assume this has to be a Network problem. Please let me know. Thank you.

There are periods network service provider carry out maintenance, and during this period network is disrupted. If you experience this problem for more than two weeks please call customer service on 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538) or 611 from your phone.Call 7 am to Midnight ET
