My Phone Is Locked

I cant get into my phone and its locked. i went to a cricket store and the sales person told me that she didnt know how to unlock the phone, and that there is another lady who knows how but she isnt coming into work until friday. today is wednesday! what to do? i would appreciate it if someone could call my phone. thats about the only thing i can do is answer at this point.
