Sms Systems Not Working.plzz Help!even After Reboot!!!

ok so i have the huawei mercury and i love it and havnt had problems till now. when i go to the sms shortcut for the newest update on the GO sms on the dock it opens up and looks normal and when i enter a messege its normal but then i send something and back up into where the messeges are and its blank as if i havnt sent a single messege..i back up again to home screen and again press the sms short cut still blamk so i make a new sms but the contacts dnt match at all for all contacts..when i rebooted it clearing everything out not a thing changed everything was still there...i tried going through the app drawer to see if it was a fault in the shortcut but does same thing ...ive tried the original sms system and it doesnt even load it says to force close and when i press it the same pop up keeps coming up..what should i do at this point?
