Cricket Keeps Deducting $1.99 For Ringtones Which I Never Download Ringtones. Th

I have lost countless hrs of work and money because of this. Its been going on for months.Many times right after putting money on my phone time, before Im even out the door of Cricket, they've deducted $1.99 for ringtones and then I have no phone service for a few hrs. Lost alot of business since I use phone for business. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
