My Engage Mt Keeps Slowing Down Then Freezing Then It Says Launcher Not Respondi

engage freezes up then says launcher not responding.i hit power button screen goes off , then wlnt come back on until i connect charger. i have to take battery out. i tried leaving battery out for few min.i tried a new launcher. im out of ideas.. memory not low...
