Zte Engage Issues. Flashing Frame On Screen.

why do i get a orange flashing frame around the whole screen when i text,read texts,download,or look at pics. i am not over on anything ive just paid the bill a day early and still get this. i have the ZTE engage .

This might be due some software problem, so, try to either reset the phone or upgrade the software which will solve this issue.
