My Records From Closed Curves

I was a curves member. I was dianosed with liver disease and chose curves to try snd reverse my disease. Unfortunately it didnt help and i hsve to have bariatric surgery. I contacted the former owner for my starting weight, ending weight and my start and end date of membership. Unfortunately one of the side affects of liver disease is memory issues. I have to have this information to show I participated in the curves plan. I love curves znd hope to go back after surgery. If i can get this info i would be very grateful. The curves I belonged to was Victor NY and the owner was Bridget Grant.
