Postcards From Argentina Didn't Arrive

Hallo, i sent several postcards from Ushuaia and El Calafate  to Switzerland, UK and Germany with your service and none of them arrived, even after 4 weeks. The ones sent by Correo Argentino arrived even before we were back. Actually your service is much more expensive and promissed fast delivery! Will these postcards ever arrive ? Thanks and regards, Luchiana
