What Is 200-automated Test Menu Mean And How Do I Get Out Of It?

JUST HAD DIRECT TV I STALLED TODAY. AFTER THE TECH LEFT ONE OF THE TV's Went out. I called tech support and they told me I would need to get my tv on channel to 3 or 4, which I was unable to do. I did finally find the remote and was able to get it to channel 3. Now I have a screen that says 200-Automated test menu and I can not get out of it. help!
