We Can't Get Local And Other Various Channels

Our cat chewed the telephone wire connected to our box. We ended up only getting the food network-some jewlery channels-stamps-and knives. Can't get any local channels either. We replaced the cord - unplugged everything-removed the access card - put it all back on and we still can't get all our channels back. Now what?
