If the channel is part of your package try resetting the receiver by turning it off or unplugging and waiting 15 seconds it will take receiver a couple of min. to load back up. If that doesnt work then try calling the cust service at 1-866-678-9471 and they can reset it or go to directv.com and look up troublshooting and choose 721 call cust service and you can reset it on there. If the channel isnt part of your package or if you didnt pay your bill and they shut off your cable then you would have to pay the amount due to get it turned back on.
