Pixelating And No Reception On Certain Channels

We have constant picture loss and severe pixalation on both channels 242 & 243 , USA and Syfihd. How can I fix this? I have done a complete restart with no improvement.

It sounds like it's an issue with the dish. The alignment probably needs to be adjusted or possibly there is a tree that needs to be trimmed that's in the path of the dish. You will need a DirecTV technician to do this for you. Contact information for DirecTV can be found here:
