We Had A Power Outage And Now Only The Main Line Tv Works.

we had a power outage and now only the main line tv works. the rest of them say they cant find a server. how do i fix this problem?

Hi, if one box works and the others don't, it is likely a problem with the equipment -- either the other boxes just need to be reset or the power outage caused an internal problem in the circuitry. You may need to contact DirecTV to have your equipment fixed or replaced if resetting the boxes doesn't work.
