Why Are Show's Trying To Come Through On Show Am Watching?

Haven same issues on all the receiver's in my home of either screen going black or saying channel not subcribed to when its part of package and was just watching it and other shows try to come through on shows being watched. What is causeing this and can i do anything or do i have to call for help i have already tried reseting them and didnt work. please help.

DirecTV's technical support is usually very good. While at your TV phone it at 800-531-5000, and the rep will either guide you through a fix or offer to send a technician.
