Iam sick of the explinations on my bill.....what happens if I dont have the moneys on my debit card when the bill is due??? I have gotten so many different answers for my due date...Im very confused..

Normally your regular due date is 20 days after your bill cycle day which is the date you activated service. Example, you activated service 1st of the month, your regular due date is on 20th of the month. If you are setup for autopay using your debit card, the due date changes to around the 14th or 15th of the month. If you don't have funds the payment will not go through. If you pay before you receive the next bill then it's fine. You'll just receive a notice to pay your bill and update your debit card. To be on the safe side, pay before your next bill cycle day but you need to pay the whole balance nothing less. If you don't, there's a $5 late fee.
