Help Me Have A Code 775. Cs Said Email On Its Way Never Rec'd Help Me.

no direct tv for over 7 hours. Customer Service said they would send an email showing a little black box that was to be located behind one of our 3 set ups. There is no eraser size black box the cable wire goes straight through the floor.
