Sound Will Not Work. Children Played With Remote.

Hi, here are several things to try:
- Press the Mute button to unmute the sound if it has been muted.
- Try turning up the volume, in case they turned it all the way down.
- Turn the receiver off and back on.
- Go into the Channel Guide and then exit back out.
- If you are using an HDMI connection between the TV and receiver, go into the receiver's settings and enable sound for the HDMI connection.
- Press the Mute button to unmute the sound if it has been muted.
