Have Wasted Another Half Hour On Dsw Web Site With No Results.

I have a DSW account. I know my password and rewards number.Clicking on the email I received in order to submit a review on shoes I bought was problematic as usual. I typed my CORRECT email and password. Got a page of DSW sending me a temporary password. WHY. Anyhow this temporary password never arrived in my emails.So Because this has happened every few months when I go to DSW.com I am giving up. I will never use it again unless the web site is fixed.I continue to receive DSW emails but cannot so will not use your web site.
