To clean the carafe of your DeLonghi 250 blender/food processor, you can follow these steps:
  1. Remove the carafe from the base of the blender and unplug the appliance.
  2. Rinse the carafe with warm water to remove any loose debris or food particles.
  3. Fill the carafe with warm water and a few drops of dish soap.
  4. Place the carafe back on the base of the blender and turn the blender on the lowest setting for a few seconds to create suds.
  5. Turn off the blender and let the suds sit in the carafe for a few minutes to loosen any stuck-on food or debris.
  6. Rinse the carafe thoroughly with warm water to remove the suds and any remaining debris.
  7. Repeat the above steps if necessary, using a soft sponge or brush to scrub any stubborn areas.

It is not recommended to remove the blade from the carafe for cleaning. The blade is sharp and can be difficult to remove and replace, and attempting to do so could damage the blade or the carafe. Instead, you can use the above steps to clean the blade while it is still inside the carafe.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
