Delonghi Pac A130hpe

when you put it in heat mode The compressor comes on in Cooling mode but the evaporator Pan does not run

How do I reset my DeLonghi portable air conditioner?

One way of hard resetting or rebooting your DeLonghi portable unit is to turn it off and unplug it for about five minutes. When you plug it back in, your air conditioner will be reset.
