Dell Inspiron I5 Wont Boot Up

Before you do ANYTHING else, REMOVE the drive, mount it in a 2.5" case and make a backup of your work. Not doing so could very easily cause the loss of everything on the drive.
Once you have a backup, return the drive to the system and power up, press F12 and run an extended test on the hard drive.
Unplug the system and if possible without dismantling the system, remove the battery. Hold the power button for 30 seconds and then try powering up again. If you cannot, remove and reinstall both memory modules. Try again.
If you still get nothing, you're likely going to need a warranty repair - though your must find a way to make a backup of your data before that takes place. No computer manufacturer covers backup or safeguarding of data - it's your responsibility to keep backups.
DO NOT send the system for repair without making a backup - if you can't do it yourself, you'll have to pay a computer shop to do the job for you.
