I Need To Retrieve My Password.

I am in a nursing home and was ill and without my computer for an extended time. I do not remember my password. How can I retrieve it? Thank you, Mary Ellen

Hey rmbatts1,

Unfortunately, you would need to either reinstall Windows or search the internet for a program that will help you retrieve the password. Dell can only help reset bios passwords.
