Absurdly Slow Internet

I bought my n5050 less than a week ago for more than $500. The internet only works about 25% of the time, and it will not load any graphics, EVER. Have messed with internet settings, firewall settings, etc., to no avail. All other computers on the wireless connections I have used with the n5050 work normally - it is definitely the machine. Advice?
