Why Dell Laptop Suddenly Power Off Itself N5050

Hi, there are many things that could cause the laptop to suddenly turn off. Here are some common reasons:

- If the battery was not installed or at 0%, the power cord may have been loose or gotten jiggled and come loose for a split second, interrupting the power flow.
- If the laptop was moved, the hard drive might have gotten jostled. Check the screws holding the hard drive cover, and check the hard drive cover itself to be sure it's not warped.
- If the laptop is very hot on the bottom, it may have overheated and shut off.
