Processer Fan Not Working

Hello,i purchased n5050 inspiron in april 2012...i use it only for internet or sometime watchng movies..maximum 3 hr use on alternate days..one day suddenly my processor fan failed to work,when i checked it by diagnostics pressing f12 button.there was an error code 2000-0511....so tell me what the hell happen with my fan....one thing i should share with you is dat my lptop has virus..when it enters in lptop after 2-3 days my fan stopped...is it due to virus?tell me..answer would b appreciated.

It's extremely unlikely that a virus stopped the fan from spinning. It would be best to bring your laptop to a local repair shop for diagnostics.
