Won't Wake It Up

My son put my computer to sleep, then when I tried to wake it up, it stays black.  Dell is telling me to reinstall the software, but the computer wont even read the disks. I can't even put it into safe mode to find out what is wrong with it.....

Hi,

I work for Dell's Social Media Team. I recommend you remove the power cable from the Tower, press and hold the Power Button for 15 seconds. Connect the power cable, and try powering on. If it still does not power on, I recommend you try reseating the memory to see how it goes. Use the below link for help. Click on Manuals and Documentation, and refer to page 31.

Thank you.
