Wi-fi Catcher Button Powers-up The Computer

Wi-Fi Catcher button (on the right edge next to micriphone plug-in) powers-up the computer when it is closed and in a bag. It does that not only when the computer is in hibernation but also when it is turned off. It is impossible not to push it when in a bag. It makes battery go low and overheating when not noticed in time. How to repair that feature or disable the button?
